If it can be programmed into the Dvorak layout could it also be programmed into any layout? Like Colemak or a custom layout?

Is the Dedicated Avante Dvorak Keyboard reprogrammable?

Once this Avante keyboard is mapped to Dvorak can it be switched to other window based pc's without remapping and retain the setting?
